easyJet Introduces Flights to Cairo, Egypt

easyJet has announced the launch of its first-ever flights to Cairo, Egypt's capital city, from London Luton Airport. The new route will take off for the first time on October 31st, 2023, and will operate thrice a week throughout the year. This new addition to easyJet's extensive network will provide customers with a direct connection to one of the largest and most iconic cities in North Africa.

Cairo is home to world-famous landmarks such as the Giza Pyramids, the Sphinx, and the Nile River, as well as hundreds of palaces, mosques, museums, and lively shopping bazaars. The city offers something different for visitors to Egypt compared to the Red Sea beach resorts of Sharm-el-Sheikh and Hurghada.
