A preliminary investigation report into the Yeti Airlines plane crash said the pilot indicated there was no power in the engine before tragedy struck.

The plane disaster, which left 71 dead and one person unaccounted for, unfolded just before landing in the tourist city of Pokhra, Nepal on January 15, 2023.

Following the crash, an expert panel was set up to understand what happened that fateful day and ultimately discover what caused the crash.
