The designation as one of Canada’s Best Employers 2023, according to Forbes, is based on independent surveys of more than 12,000 employees who work full- or part-time for businesses that employ at least 500 people in Canada.
Employees who were asked to rate their desire to promote their own employers to friends and family provided direct and indirect recommendations that served as the basis for the evaluation.
Additionally, questions regarding working conditions, pay, and room for advancement was put to the employees.
