Hans Airways a new airline based in UK is focusing on cabin crew recruiting

Hans Airways, the UK’s newest long-haul airline, has hired a diverse and highly experienced cabin crew to serve as front-of-house ambassadors for passengers on its scheduled long-haul flights between the UK and India.

Last week, the airline’s second batch of new cabin crew members began ground training on the Airbus A330 in Birmingham, under the supervision of Neeru Prabhakar, the airline’s Head of Cabin Safety and Service.

Following a 30-year career with British Airways, Prabhakar joined Hans Airways this spring and has been actively assisting the start-up carrier with crew training ever since. She and COO Nathan Burkitt collaborated closely with the Resource Group, which assisted in the selection of qualified individuals.

At the end of April, the first set of nine cabin crew finished their training in Birmingham, which included practical safety instruction at EDM Aviation Training Academy in Manchester.
