Spanning approximately 2,000 square meters, the advanced logistics hub stocks over 20,000 part numbers and features specialized infrastructure, including a dedicated elastomers storage room to preserve sensitive components. Launched with an initial inventory valued at €10 million (approximately US$11.9 million), the center is expected to expand its stock as it reaches full capacity. It serves as the flagship within a broader regional logistics network, complemented by existing parts distribution centers in Hong Kong and Perth, Australia, collectively supporting maintenance, repair, and overhaul operations for a wide range of Airbus helicopter models.

The primary goal of the Singapore regional flagship logistics center is to dramatically reduce delivery times for critical spare parts, shifting from days to mere hours for many requests. By locating substantial inventory closer to customers across 21 countries and territories in Asia-Pacific, Airbus Helicopters aims to minimize aircraft downtime and boost operational availability. This enhanced parts availability directly benefits commercial, public service, and offshore operators who rely on swift access to genuine components.
