BOC Aviation, a leading global aircraft operating leasing company, has announced its decision to purchase six Airbus A320NEO aircraft. This move is part of the company's strategic plan to invest in modern, efficient, and in-demand aircraft.

Details of the Purchase
The six Airbus A320neo aircraft are scheduled for delivery in 2024. All six aircraft will be powered by Pratt & Whitney’s PurePower® PW1100G-JM engines. The actual purchase price is lower than the list price of $1.05 billion, and the deal will be funded through cash on hand, loans, and borrowings.
Placement with JetSMART Airlines
BOC Aviation has placed these six Airbus A320neo aircraft with South American ultra-low-cost carrier JetSMART Airlines SpA (“JetSMART”). This placement is a testament to BOC Aviation’s ability to provide its customers with large-scale financing solutions as well as technologically advanced aircraft.
