This particular seat, known for its lavish amenities including 78 inches of legroom and a seat width of 22 inches, was where the passenger found himself trapped unknowingly due to the seat's structure. Upon landing at London's Heathrow Airport at approximately 05:00 local time, the passenger realized the issue, which prompted immediate action from flight attendants to help him out while keeping him calm.
As the situation became more challenging than expected, a unique engineering solution was created to facilitate passenger extraction.
