Go Airlines, also known as Go First, has been in a dispute with U.S. engine maker Pratt & Whitney. The airline claimed that the company supplied faulty engines and failed to replace them on time, which caused half of its fleet to be grounded. In May, Go First sought emergency arbitration to prevent bankruptcy, but was denied by the U.S. District Court of Delaware. Pratt & Whitney has said that the airline's claim is not true. Both companies have not yet commented on the court ruling.
