A woman's recent business-class flight with Emirates was ruined when another passenger "looked like he was going to urinate" on her. According to the unidentified passenger, a man onboard approached her seat while loosening his trousers. The woman told Katie Morley, the publication's 'consumer champion,' that the man "drunkenly approached my seat and wanted to sit down, convinced it was his."
"It happened a third time, and this time as he approached me, he undid his pants and appeared to be about to urinate at my seat." "My husband had to shove him away," she explained. The woman who was dissatisfied said she had spent 108,000 airmiles to upgrade to business class on the 13-hour flight from Dubai to Sydney to visit her daughter. She and her husband were instantly made aware of a "rowdy group" on the flight, with the man who approached her seat having reportedly "already urinated on his own seat."
"This man completely ruined our business class flight, and I got absolutely no sleep because I was terrified that if I closed my eyes, he'd come back and relieve himself on me," she explained. "A report on the incident was completed on board, and I was told Emirates would contact me," I called Emirates and asked for an upgrade for the same leg of the return trip or a refund of the 108,000 miles.
