Singapore Airlines transit passengers to receive free tour of Singapore

More than 80,000 people took the Free Singapore Tour in 2019. India, Australia, and Indonesia were the top three markets, with more than one-third of the participants coming from these two countries. The epidemic caused a two-year suspension of the program. There are four 2.5-hour-long routes available to eligible customers.

“We welcome the timely relaunch of the enhanced Free Singapore Tour, which offers a unique transit experience for our customers. We are pleased to continue working closely with CAG and STB to promote the sustainable growth of travel to and through Singapore,” Lee Lik Hsin, executive vice president of commercial at Singapore Airlines said in a statement. A layover of at least 5.5 hours but less than 24 hours is required for those who want to participate in the Free Singapore Tour. To participate in the tours, participants must have a valid entrance visa for Singapore.
