A Jetstar's Flight Attendant Injured On Landing

What started as an easy one hour flight from Japanese's Tokyo airport of Narita to Kochi Airport, ended up with a badly injured flight attendant.

on June, 23rd, Jetstar's flight GK-423, took off from Narita at 13:00 local time. Half an hour later, the Airbus A320-200 (Reg.JA05JJ) reached its maximum altitude of 38.000 feet. Fifteen minutes later, the flight crew began their decent towards Kochi. So far, the flight is not eventful and everything was normal in this afternoon flight. Twenty minutes latter, the A320 touched down at Kochi.

But it seems that the touch down was kind of hard, that it caused a flight attendant to get badly injured - fracture of first sacral fissal- as described by Japan's Transport Safety Board, which began investigating the occurrence.

Japan's TSB didn't reveal further details about how the injury occurred or the gender of the flight attendant.
