A police couple subdue an unruly passenger during a flight from Frankfurt to Canada



The Austrian Ministry of the Interior announced that two off-duty officers who were on a passenger plane bound for vacation in Canada, managed to control a passenger who caused a riot during the flight.

And the Austrian Ministry of Interior reported that they helped restrain a passenger who became rowdy on their flight last week.

The ministry indicated that the passenger began making threats about two hours after the flight and endangering the safety of the plane, stressing that the policemen overcame him and kept him under observation until the plane landed and were able to hand him over to the Canadian authorities.

The German company "Lufthansa" confirmed that the accident occurred during its flight on December 29 from Frankfurt to Toronto, and thanked the couple for their assistance.
